After completing your purchase you'll receive a confirmation email with a download link. You can also access all your books anytime from My Library — log in and your entire collection is there, ready to download.

First, check your spam or promotions folder. If it's not there:

1. Log in to My Library — your download is always available there regardless of email.
2. If you can't log in, use the Lost your password? link on the login page.
3. Still stuck? Contact us using the form and include your order email address.

Every SnapBrainy ebook comes in three formats, so you can read on any device you already own:

1. PDF — ideal for desktop, laptop, and printing.
2. EPUB — the standard for Apple Books, Kobo, and most e-readers.
3. Kindle — the native format for all Kindle devices and the Kindle app.

All three files are in your Library the moment your order is confirmed.

Yes. Download the Kindle-compatible file from your Library and transfer it via USB, or email it to your Kindle address using Amazon's Send to Kindle service. All Kindle devices and the Kindle app are supported.

Use the Forgot password page and enter the email address you used at checkout. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder.

If you still can't access your account, contact us with your order number and we'll recover it manually.

Because ebooks are digital goods delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once the download link has been accessed. However, if you have a genuine issue — duplicate purchase, wrong product, or a file that is technically corrupt — please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will resolve it promptly.

You can read your ebooks on any number of your personal devices — phone, tablet, e-reader, laptop. Your download links never expire, and there are no restrictions on how many times you download.
